Pizzeria bei Toni in Baunatal

I've never seen a pizzeria like this! It starts with the order, you are not understood and you have to mention 10 times what you want to order. For two people you only get one herb butter for pizza rolls. Garlic was forgotten in both pizzas, then we noticed that the Fanta that was paid for had not been given. After a hard and long working day on Sunday you would like to enjoy a pizza that you paid for, after we called, we were assumed that we were lying and just hung up. No wonder the reputation isn't the best.

Best pizza in the Ennepe Ruhr district, delivery service also great.

Smells like cat food and never comes back

The driver was nice but 20 minutes late, a pizza was missing and still no insight was shown or a price discount was offered. Service is underground !!

Really quick delivery of the pizzas - unfortunately the actual progress was not "congruent" with that of the Lieferando app (delivery came 20 minutes earlier than expected; we were of course happy - but a shame about the FoodTracker). In terms of taste, our pizzas were okay. Unfortunately, both were not crispy and quite greasy. The delivery man was less friendly and complained about the missing name on the doorbell as a greeting.

Then there was very little topping on the pizzas .. and the Bolognese sauce unfortunately had no taste. So unfortunately it was the last time we got something there. If you raise the prices, the quality should continue to be right

We ordered at 7:30 p.m. The meal should be delivered 50 minutes later. Unfortunately I read the reviews too late. So 2 hours later the food is still not there and we are sitting here with a hungry child. Even after we called, we were assured of delivery in 10 minutes. Still nothing. An impudence.

Pizza was ok. 1 point deduction ... delivery time was 45min, took 1h 15 min. 2 points deduction ... ordered a large french fry. The french fries were disgusting. It was fried twice * I'm sure.

We ordered from this pizzeria via Lieferando today. A delivery time of 45 minutes was estimated there. After 1.5 hours we still had no food. When asked by phone we were asked for more patience, but even after OVER two (!) Hours there was still no food in sight. There was another call, but it didn't speed things up. Incidentally, no one apologized for this enormous delay when they called twice. After the food was still not there after THREE hours, we canceled it. It was the first and last time that we ordered from this restaurant.

Pizza is great! Always hot and fresh. Pasta is also great there. The food always comes so hot that you can burn yourself. Recommendable.

Impossible delivery service. Orders are forgotten and although the delivery time is specified as approx. 35 minutes, the food will not arrive at you until 1-1 1/2 hours later. So of course the restaurant gets plenty of orders that cannot be delivered in the given time. Is of course a vicious cycle ... That was the last order I made there

Ordered Pizza Quattro Formaggi. Visited friends today and we ordered pizza together. It was dripping with fat and there was sheep's cheese or whatever that was. After 3 bites it was served.

We ordered food today. After 1.5 hours politely asked. Essen is on the way. After 2 hours asked again, allegedly there was no order. Already waited more than 1 hour for the last order, thought it was an exception. Too bad but as a customer you lost us.

Just ordered a pizza with corn and broccoli! The hammer, everything was done right to the point. Nice rim, delicious thin original Italian crispy pizza! Delivery under 30 minutes faster than I said. Unfortunately I could not take the photo = D

It was by far the worst food I've ever had. Pizza lukewarm as it got colder. It was like gum. My wife had tagliatelle with bolognese. These supposed noodles were so soft that you could crush them with your tongue. The bolognese were tomatoes with a hint of Meat completely unseasoned and unsightly actually one should punish the humans of it prepared and that with the own food! Oh and about the time I do not want to talk .....

To be honest, the place serves a fantastic stone-oven pizza, but it is more of a take-out place, than a sit-down restaurant. So i had to deduct one star. I love it every time
